In the horribly blasphemous Savers fanfic I'm working on, in an alternate universe, a young Kurata takes off from DATS to the Digital World with his newly hatched partner (which he wasn't supposed to have), Phascomon.

Eventually, his lab coat ended up taking quite a bit of damaged and had to be tailored shorter, and the sleeves on his turtleneck (now black) ended up being used as bandages after quite a few nasty fights. On his left arm is a bite mark from a Lynxmon.

He was also unfortunate enough to have his glasses smashed.
